Party Decor help

I'm helping some friends with a double surprise birthday party. I need some 'theme-ish' ideas. The guys in question are both avid gamers, both are accomplished ballroom dancers and swing and probably a couple other things. One is a computer programmer the other is going to be an air traffic controller.

So I think I'm mostly leaning towards a gamer theme. But any other ideas are great too!

Pacman is a relatively simple and widely recognized theme you could use. It's mostly just modified circles for Pacman and the ghosts and full circles for the dots that Pacman eats, with a few fruit embellishments. Here's an example of an awesome set of cupcakes that someone did in a Pacman theme:

I'm not sure how you would do stuff like plates and napkins in any kind of custom theme, though.
