You know, this lady gave me a real hard time; of course she did so in the middle of a rush, as is the particular idiom of Tim's SC's. I can't remember what the problem was, but she was being a real 
about it, to the point where other customers were staring at her with disbelief.
We were split into two lines at this point, to make things go faster. The lady stomped off after finishing her rant.
A woman from the other line who saw the whole thing, got her stuff, then took the time to lean over to me and say "Just ignore that lady, dear, you're doing a great job."
It's been years since that happened and it's funny, because I can't for the life of me remember what that broad was complaining about, but I'll never forget that woman taking the time to utter one simple, kind phrase. She totally rocked.
