The new guy in paint got his first memorable SC and the rest of us just watched the carnage
This lady bought some paint a week ago, buying a pre-mixed Hunter Green.
She then came back and wanted more Hunter Green, but in a different line of paint, so we had to mix it to be Hunter Green.
The two Hunter Greens were not exactly the same and back she comes.
Does she want her money back?
Does she want replacement paint?
Does she want a pony?
No, she wants us to pay her painter's bill because the color is not an exact match!
The new guy did eventually get the supervisor and he explained that we had provided her with the paint she
wanted. If she had purchased the same paint both times there would not have been a problem. It was her choice to pick a different line of paint.
Eventually she got the message that we would replace the paint, but we were not going to pay for her painter and hopefully she will never shop here again.
