  • National Day of Silence

SO... just to let you all know, tomorrow ((April 16th)) is the National Day of Silence.
6am-3pm ((officially I believe it is actually all day, but those are the hours we give people)) Just letting you all know, in case you didn't. Those who want to participate are always welcome.

I'm sure my children won't be observing it.

I would absolutely have done this had it been a thing while I was still in school.

        Personally, I'd have liked a non-PDF link.

Yeah, outside of my lady, I'm not likely to need to talk tomorrow.

I knew I didn't feel like talking for a reason.

I had actually completely forgotten about the Day of Silence until around noon today.

So I started participating then, instead >.>

I'm sorry to say I broke it already. I had to make several medical appointants, which I been told was made, but when I called to get more info, they were like, we never heard of you, we have nothing on this. Cue to me being push around to different areas where I snapped at a customer rep. I called my nurse again, left a message, again.

Goddamn I just want my fucking hip to stop fucking hurt it is it to much to get a little help in that area.

                        Sorry everyone.

I participated in DoS today at school. We stood outside of the Student Center and we broke the silence at 1 by screaming. It was great. We did get some downers, but for the most part, it was good.

Thanks everyone who participated, whether it was in person, in spirit, or in thought. Even if you couldn't do it all day, or at all, you were thinking about it and that is what matters! So glad to have so many people from so many places giving support to this great cause. ^_^
