Little kids + small plastic bags = not a good idea

From my register I saw two little girls (around 5-7 years old) playing with small plastic produce bags -- putting them in their mouths and even over their head!! The security guard was overseeing a pickup and I pointed them out to him, but he couldn't do anything at the moment because he was occupied. Luckily by the time I was free they had stopped, otherwise I would have said anything.

Oh, and their mother was standing right next to them the whole time. Good going, Mom!

Wow, what a brilliant mother... Hell, even my 3 year old knows better than to put bags over her head, plastic or not!
