Default A title cannot reflect the stupidity described below

The phone rings...

C1: Caller (at home)
C2: Customer (in store)
M: Me

M: <company> <dept> how may I help you?
C1: Yes, do you carry <item>
M: yes we do and they are in stock.
C1: Thank you.
M: Bye.

A minute later.

M: <company> <dept> how may I help you?
C1: Yes I called earlier about <item>
M: Ok.
C1: Where is it?
M: In <dept>
C1: and where is that.
M: Where is our store?
C1: No. I know where the store is. Where in the store.
M: *it's a f*cking rectangle* Near <other dept>.
C1: where is that?
M: Near the front entrance, in the corner.
C1: Ok. Thank you.

A few minutes later.
M: <company> <dept> how may I help you?
C1: I called earlier about where you are.
M: *CRAP* Yes.
C1: She can't find it.
M: Are you in the store?
C1: No my daughter is.
M: Ok.
C1: .....
M: So you are calling her on a cell phone?
C1: Yes.
M: Ok. Just tell her to find a employee and ask them to bring her to <dept>.
C1: Ok. I will.

A few minutes later.
M: <company> <dept> how may I help you?
C1: Yes. I called my daughter and she can't find a employee.
M: Ok.
C1: what do they look like.
Me: We wear either <describes uniforms>
C1: Ok. Bye.

A few minutes later.
M: <company> <dept> how may I help you?
C1: She said she is near <items> *perfect, only one possible place*
M: Ok. What is she wearing.
C1: shirt with <sports logo> and hat with <other logo> and jeans.
Me: Ok. I will bring her <item>.

I grab a item and run over to location. Half way their I get a phone call. Guess who. They moved, now near other items, much more vague with a few possablaitues. This repeats two more times and I find the daughter, talking with some friends in perfect English.

M: Were you looking for <item>
C2: Yes. Thank you so much. It is really had to find thins in this store.
M: well have a good day.

Done. Right? No.

On my way back MOD see me and asks about all the calls. I explain. They remark that they have never had that happen in 20+ years as a manager.

A few minutes later.
M: <company> <dept> how may I help you?
C1: I called earlier about <item> and the person I spoke with was no help at all.
M: let me put you in touch with SM.
C1: Thank you.

SM said they answered and C1 screamed at them about our awful service and hung up.
