Happy freakin' birthday

My birthday was last week, so I was over visiting my mom so the kids could play together (not really for my birthday, just hanging out).

My mom got a cake for me, so this is what my younger sister did while I was eating supper (kind of had a very informal "eat in the living room with a plate balanced on your knees while we watch Shrek for the thousandth time")

I found out about the cake when my sister comes up to me and says "Mom says we have to wait till you finish eating before we cut the cake." (long pause). "So hurry up and eat, behotch."

And then she slapped me on the back of the head.

I know it sounds bad, but I could not stop laughing.

I should mention my sister is forty one years old. Good thing some things never change.

My sister and I still fight for the last bits of Mom's banana pudding. We just turned 27 and 32, respectively.
