  • Recipe help?

    While I was waiting in the dentist's office earlier this week, I was flipping through a cooking magazine. I know it was something by Rachael Ray but I don't know the name of the magazine itself, or which issue it was. One recipe that caught my eye was a ham and ricotta tart/pizza. It had either dates or figs on it (I'm pretty sure it was dried dates, since I remember the recipe saying to soak them in boiling water to rehydrate them) and was made with a puff pastry crust. Problem is, I can't find the recipe online anywhere and I'm wondering if there's anything else that's supposed to go with the ricotta. Does anyone have this recipe, or have any suggestions for what else to add to it?

    If it was a Rachel Ray magazine, it's probably the Everyday magazine. I think the site has the recipe index for what's in the magazine, I just don't know how to search it.
