About damn time

We had a new hire start training today, she seems very nice and seemed to pick everything up rather quickly. Also we have another new hire starting next Tuesday so once we got both of them fully trained I can stop working Sunday mornings (not that Sunday mornings are terrible but having one morning shift a week isn't fun). We can also get rid of the useless temp who I keep having to clean up after.

We are still going to need a couple of more people before May but at least we have enough people to cover every shift (and have the arts and crafts people actually up in arts and crafts) and it looks like we will soon have one more person we are just waiting on a background check.

Congratulations! It's great when new hires work out. (It still flipping amazes me how badly HR departments can screw the pooch sometimes.)
