Default I need more space to backup files

My brain was forced to reboot today, I was instructed to purchase a 4GB flash drive for someone who needed more space, because they wanted to backup ALL of their school files. So, when I arrive to show her how to backup her files which was really me deciding at the point I need to show someone how to backup files it is time to run an auto-running batch file that does a daily backup of the whole flashdrive to the harddisk.

I decided this option because of the 2GB flashdrive she already had.... 40MB was in use. It scares me how little people especially those over 50 know about computers. Just enough to argue about what they need but have no real understanding getting a second flashdrive when you don't have any spare USB ports is not really a viable option for backup. Especially when there is plenty of space on the harddisk.

Thankfully they're cheap. Unless someone's working w/ vid/music/raw photos, it doesn't take much to take care of a data backup. Funniest part is, you would think that someone that age would underestimate the amount of space they need.

Yeah, she said she was concerned about backing up her school files to her harddrive because she didn't think they would fit.... of the 40GB harddrive 13GB was in use. Even after I pointed it out she wasn't sure that all her school stuff would fit, lol and I thought I would never think of a use for 250MB zip drives
