Default Now you want to garden?

We have been in the 100s all week, today it hit 110 and it is almost midnight as I type this and is still 93 outside.

This week I have had several people interested in buying grass seed and wanted to know if it was OK to plant it now?
Sure, just aim for those cracks in the ground from the drought.

I had one lady that wanted to plant a herb garden and could not understand why I did not have any left. Hmmm maybe because it is about 120 in my greenhouse right now?

And then I get the other side, people who want to know why their plants are going brown and dying?

Maybe it's the heat and the drought we are in?

And I can't wait till the "I want my money back" crowd shows up, because obviously we are selling bad plants if they cannot survive just one summer.

I think there's alot of people who don't understand the concept of heat doing very real damage to things.

We've been in autobong (meaning, call after call with no break in between) calls at my call center for three weeks ever since the heat hit full on.

These people can't seem to understand the fact that electronics don't like heat. They like cold. It's not that hard a concept but I've lost track of the times over the last three weeks when I've been accused of lying about the effect heat has.
