*hugs* I wish i had the magic wand to make everything better. I do i have a stick and If you are gone too long I will ask Food Lady for your address and send you badly crotchet figures (just got a bunch of patterns) I just started, but I think you helped me on the path to do something creative.

Plus who am I going to bug when I start on my watercolor quilt of one of my hubby's pictures (yes I am starting with a bed size quilt)

Yay my bunnies are back!

We have a pair of wild bunnies that call my neighborhood home. No clue where the warren is, but they like to hang out in my front yard and eat clover. We call them Fiver and Hazel.

I'm hoping they're a good luck sign because next week is going to be rough. Prayers and good wishes would be very appreciated.

Sometimes getting things out of your system makes you feel bad while you are doing it but when you have said and done it, it can make you feel a bit better.

First night of this difficult week went alright. The cat never left my side overnight, and this morning saw Fiver across the street and Hazel right by the front door eating leaves off my landscaping.

Well my premonition that this week someone would get hit by a car was right.

Not one of the kids- thank god. We found Fiver this morning when I was taking daughter to school. Poor little bun-bun.

Awww. I'm sorry, Kanalah. I keep worrying about the stray cats that live around my house getting hit as well. I wish we could do more, but there's only so much you can do...

I am so sorry, kana. It's terrible to see when that happens.

We had a little mini funeral for him. These two rabbits have been eating clover in my front yard for the past 3 summers, they're almost family.

I am very relieved that it wasn't my son. He loves to run across the driveway at daughter's school without looking and people whip through there, not realizing it's a school.
