I got a call from a customer and introduced myself by name, as always.

Cust: Are you the same Dips who moderates [the user listserv]?

Me: Yes.

Cust: Oh, my gosh. It's so cool to talk to you. I love how you crack the whip on people when they're bad.

Me:

The best karma is letting a jerk bash himself senseless on the wall of your polite indifference.

The stupid is strong with this one.
