  • On the silliness of popular music, old and new

You know all those songs from the 20s and 30s, which sound so cool nowadays? I find that these little clips from BBCs excellent series "Jeeves & Wooster" illustrate how consistently silly popular music has been throughout the ages BEAUTIFULLY.

Since the first one above is Puttin' On The Ritz, here is a flash mob version, from Moscow.

"Jeeves & Wooster"...thanks, now I have something new to look up! Seen most of "Black Adder" and "A Bit of Fry & Laurie". It's kinda weird...I'm so used to him as "House", that my first episode of "Black Adder" with him was a bit of a shocker, lol.
