Lady boarding a plane is told her carry on luggage is too big. Lady "only touches the arm of employee" and is banned from the flight.

It was witnessed by the police, who supported the decision that she be banned from the flight. Why am I think she did more than "touch"?

Yeah, I want to see security footage. Definately more to this than what the article says.

of course. same reason why some people say "i had choice words with the employee" ... cos it makes them sound more innocent than saying "I screamed at him and called him a son of a motherless cock." etc. especially when the employee or store reacts by banning them or refusing service.

with the former it can stir support against the injustice, but with the latter others will be more apt to say "well no duh, you were a jerk!"
