Nope, and she's entitled to keep all five. I can't elaborate without going into fratching, but it's kinda explained in the Consumerist article.

but i can understand why she can keep them all. they gave them to her. it may not be exactly right to keep them in my opinion, but yeah it's legal. although i agree that the store's solution sounds sweet - donating the extras to charity

i'm just wondering what head is going to roll for the shipment issue.
