long time reader, thought I should sign in - reading some of the stories on here, my poor old computer bears the brunt of my comments, so it's only fair to share them around!

I'm an ex nurse, current data analyst in health, hailing from southern Tasmania (you know, that little odd shaped island south of Australia, that the mainland Aussies keep forgetting about).

Most of my customer interactions are internal customers, but I do see some interesting things while out and about. So hopefully I'll be able to contribute something.
