    We had a customer in a couple of weeks ago, a bit of a PITA, who I finally was able to pawn off onto a manager. Basically, she wanted me to hunt down sale items at other stores. While we do that, we cannot endless search and call for a customer. Ususally we do 2-3 andthen that's it. But this one wanted me to call UNTIL it was located. I gave up, and passed her on.

    But, she then kept mentioning, over and over, how she had been charged for shipping, but shouldn't have been. Manager who took over is a bit of a suck up, so she's saying oh, let's see if can find that order, maybe i can do something. She can't find it, then customer says it was last OCTOBER. A good 10 months prior! Manager then politely told her, sorry, no can do, if its that old. She then mentioned it several more times, and how she kept "forgetting" to bring in the invoice. Uh huh. sure. all this for $8. Let it go lady. If it was a coupel weeks ago, we might have tried to get her reimbursed, but not 10+ months.
