The impossible?

I've noticed a gap in the app market on android OS and want to create one. Unfortunately I have exactly no experience in programming whatsoever - anyone any ideas what I need to learn?

I'm not looking to create a new angry birds but a text only app if that makes any difference at all.

A quick google search gives me http://developer.android.com/trainin...app/index.html, a step by step tutorial on building android apps. There were also tons of other results, but this one looked pretty promising.
