I've been doing customer service my entire working career: From selling crafts at fairs and working the snack bar at school when I was still in single-digits, to doing face-to-face and phone customer service at my first real job, to becoming a receptionist and customer support representative with my current company.

Thankfully, I haven't had to put up with too many sucky customers. There are only a few stories of suckiness that have happened to me.

But I love commisserating with those less fortunate and hearing the war stories and tales of battles survived.
