One stat "tracked" at our store is the warranties and the value of each we sell. They've started posting a chart comparing hours to dollar value and doing division. (work 2 hours and sell 20 dollars of warranties and get a score of 10) Well I don't much attention to stats, they don't bug us too much about them as long as we reach a minimum level and they always stop posting them after a few weeks. The final reason I don't pay attention to them is right now for one of the weeks listed it says I worked 130 hours.
