Yep. Rather than getting summery weather, we got pissing-down-rain weather. Which has caused flooding in the Czech Republic and Germany, at least. Three Czechs have died in it.
Me? My manager called me today and asked me to go to the office and pick up my laptop so I can work from home. It was a weird journey; the river is the highest I've seen it in many years, and Prague's famous Charles Bridge is closed to the public. I had to take a slight detour, because the street I intended to walk down was cordoned off (not sure why).
So, I got my computer, waited some time for the next tram, and came home. I'll be working from here for the next few days, but I'm in an area that floods don't hit, and that's the important thing!
