Who posted about the lady that kept returning crappy jewellery like the Avon ring? Is she still doing it? Wasn't there some new policy? Has it worked?

oh! I remember that one. It was a pair of cheapie earrings on a display card for a more expensive pair.

Can't remember who posted it though.
