I'm 5 1/2 years older than my husband and he's the most wonderful person I've ever known. Age isn't the issue, maturity is.

Ain't that the truth. My last ex was 11 years older and the guy before him was 3 years younger and the younger guy was by far the more mature.

My sister's husband is younger ... a little over 2.5 years younger.
and a 3 year difference... only matters when one or both are minors. Heck, when both are over 21 then all rules are off. 10, 20, 50 years even.
