The latest I ever ruined Christmas was at 12:15am on Christmas Eve (actually Christmas Day). We closed at 12am (never mind that we had been open until midnight for a whole TWO WEEKS before Christmas). We closed at midnight on Christmas Eve and were cleaning up. At 12:15, this man bangs on the door screaming "LET ME IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED TO GET A GIFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
