PS4 Suck

So BF pre-ordered and paid for his PS4 at Walmart. The night before release date they call him to tell him they didn't get the shipment in. No they don't know when they'll get it in, and no they won't call him to tell him they got it in. They're trying to blame bad weather, but Gamestop and Best Buy had theirs.
3 days after release date and still nada.

We've left Yelp reviews and tried contacting corporate, nada.

Why doesn't he just get his money back and go to Gamestop or Best Buy? They don't have anymore, they had like 5 more than their pre-orders and they're long gone.

I wouldn't be surprised if they DID actually get them in, but a bunch of SCs demanded that the short-supply merchandise be sold to THEM, since THEY were actually in the store, rather than being held for other people (never mind the fact that the other people had actually PAID for the units), and a spineless manager caved.

I would go to the media on them. Make sure you have proof you prepaid.

Hopefully it comes in soon. I can't imagine the 'manger risking their job reselling paid merchandise scenario' so maybe it really is just stock issues. It's sucks but I'm crossing my fingers you both!
