Manager calls the cops on a customer

Guy was trying to return a flatinch tv with no remote and other missing parts. Store manager insisted that the guy has to take it up with the company who does the warrenty. Customer gets pissed and store manager gets pissed too and threatens to call the police on him. Security and Mall Security got involved. Apparently I heard he switched the UPC with another one so he can try to get more money back. Lol what a day.
