The WTF: The People greeter goes to fill out the FTD sheet, the SC couple was in the way and she told them to excuse herself. The SC replies "I'm a customer so I can stand anywhere I want" and the Greeter was like "Have a wonderful day..oh god". after they left she was like "what a jerk he was"!

Same temper as someone who would be bankrupt: The CSM turned off his light to close his till (universally every store you go to when the till light is off they're closed) It wasn't too busy and I had like one customer in my line, a very difficult SC approches the closed line. The CSM politely tell him that he is closed and he goes ballistic... HOLY CRAP!!! he gets very loud and is so pissed off that he can't be served and demands to speak to the manager on that manner. Frickin idiot!!

Lady that doesn't know what the same things look like Temper tantrum SC gives me 2 totally different tree skirts, one with the UPC and one without, she gets all pissy because I'm not supposed to scan something that's not the same as the other (well duh). 30 years on this earth and is too dumb to see what things looks the same. I bet it would take her over a decade to learn how to play GO FISH!

Sir, Do you realize you are asking me to commit a federal crime? Dude comes in to return a computer software that has been opened. It's against the law to return opened software because it could risk potential harm to the computer database so we don't get sued. He plays the convincement game with the manager and he explains in full detail of the risk of returning opened software and is a loss to our sales because it can't be reimbursed.
Providing Excellent customer service and Filtering out nonsense people.

I might also mention that most places don't do it because it is stupidly easy to burn a new copy (or twenty) of the CD before returning it.

Hmm, I wonder if I could get away with 133t-speak on talk-like-a-pirate-day.
