Dealt with a dumb rich girl a few days ago and had to share this one. A girl came in with a Treo, maybe 15 or 16 years old... spoiled little rich kid with an overpriced phone on daddy's business account. She had a problem...

DG - Daddy's Girl. Or dumb girl, whichever you prefer.
Me - Seriously?

DG: "Ya, I like - have a problem."
Me: "Okay, whats going on?"
DG: "My phone sometimes has problems."
Me: "Such as...?"
DG: "It just has like problems can I get another one?"
Me: "Well if you tell me what's wrong with it I can try and fix it... if I can't fix it we might be able to swap it for you."
*Her phone rings, she answers without excusing herself."
DG: "Well like sometimes this thing happens."
Me: *Oh my God...*
*She gets a text message, she spends 3 minutes replying.*
DG: "Oh, well I get my texts like 5 minutes late."
Me: "Well... that's a fairly normal network issue and 5 minutes isn't that bad some people have a much longer delay."
DG: "Well my boyfriend sometimes gets mad when I don't text him right back."
*Her phone rings again with some hip-hop ringtone - she answers and spends the next 2 minutes talking about some kid at the mall.*
Me: "Okay well you can call tech support about that but there's nothing I can do about that."
*She gets another text message, spends a minute or two replying.*
Me: "Maybe you should come back when you're not so busy."
DG: "No it's fine. Oh, and this program on my phone won't start."
*I try to start the IM program and it won't start.*
Me: "Allright, if you're data is backed up I can do a hard reset that should fix the problem."
*She gets another text message, she snatches the phone from me to read it.*
**By this point, I'm aggrevated at her ignoring me. So I went into the system and suspended her phone.**
DG: "I can't loose my phone numbers they're very important, and my texts."
Me: "Then go home and use the data cable and software that came with the phone and back it all up before I reset it."
DG: "I don't know how to do that."
Me: "Just plug it in and press the button."
DG: "That's your job."
Me: "Actually, no, it's not."
DG: "My daddy said if I had a problem to put him on the phone with your manager. Where is he?"
Me: "She is not here, she'll be back Monday."
DG: "I'll call him, you tell him why you won't fix it for me."
Me: "Sure, no problem."
DG: "See? My phone is broken it won't make any calls."
Me: "That's because I shut it off so I could finish doing my job, have a nice day."
**Unsuspended her phone, walked away and turned her over to a manager.**

Rude. Arrogant. And a TOTAL moron. She hit the triple crown!

OMG, Sooo awesome... what did she say when you said you shut it off?

I think you shouldn't have lifted the suspension on her phone, just waited until she got halfway home then lifted it, to really mess with her head, suspend and unsuspend at random intervals, just because!

Make a call to Daddy's company and tell them about how they apparently have a 15 year old employee.

Most business accounts don't allow family members to be on the business plan, for the very reason you just displayed: Way too much potential for abuse. Even if it's a small or home-based business owned by Daddy, most cell phone companies allow the accounts for business use only. Then you're not being petty. You're protecting the company's assets.

And as far as the business vs. personal account goes... whatever. The point is I stuck it to her.

Oh, and she just looked at me stupidly when I told her I suspended it... like it didn't really register. I don't think her box is missing a few crayons.
