Hi all, posting here from the Bay State.

I found this site from a post on thedailywtf.com about notalwaysright.com, so... yeah. The links connect everything, don't they?

I work in web-dev for a department of a college, but my job ends up being standard tech support most of the time, so I've got a story or two to tell when I get around to it.

Just finished reading the current archive of the Unsupportable forum, loving it, although I may need some heavy duty brain bleach after some of that. Do you guys have a 4 gallon jug of it around here?
