Demo-blast goes wrong, takes out electrical service to 8k people in Ohio (w/video)

There's a video at the bottom of the 'article'-- this is about a small demolition blast going wrong. Don't worry, no one dies, there's just electrical infrastructure in the way. O_O

Watching the video, it looks [well sounds actually] like there was a hitch on the last 2 charges, it sounded like they set 3 sets of 2 charges each - there is a reasonable pause between set one and 2, then a really *long* pause then the last pair of charges went off. I bet that they didnt go off, which let the tower start leaning the wrong way because they were supposed to kick it the other way. Then when they did go off, it was too late.

They're lucky the electrical wires didn't hit anyone.

I guess the guy manning the camera panned it to the left and then ran like hell?

Also, I think that popping noise at the end was some transformers blowing off in the distance. (You see the flash about 1/2 to 3/4 of a second before you hear it ( so it's about 550-750 feet away). It must have been a small one.
