    Help My Friend Out!

    A little while back, Tommy Bahama Rum announced a contest for a new job: their official Rumologist. They are seeking a person knowledgeable about rum and mixology to represent them for a year in various events around the world, with a fair salary to match.

    My buddy Jack decided to apply for this. I originally was going to as well, but for various reasons that I won't go into here (as this is about my friend, not me), I eventually decided against applying, and did what I could to help Jack with his submission, giving constructive criticism to help him improve it.

    Well, he must have done something right, as he was selected as one of the Top Twenty finalists! Personally, I can't think of anyone I know better for the job, and I'm hoping you'll help me help him by voting for him at the Tommy Bahama Rumologist Facebook page. If you scroll through the finalists, you'll find him near the bottom; he's Jack Terry, from Key West, FL.

    All votes will be appreciated by both Jack and myself, but mostly by Jack, since he is the one up for the job. Seriously, I hop you folks can help out here. Voting ends pretty soon, so the sooner you vote, the better.

              My webcomic is called Sidekick Girl. Val's job is kinda like retail, except instead of corporate's dumb policies, it's the Hero Agency, and the SC's are trying to take over the world.
