  • Many thanks to Kanalah!

It's been said that you can't have fast, good, and inexpensive all at once. The patches are well-made, I paid a very reasonable price for them, and only have USPS and Canada Post to blame for the delays, so I would say Kanalah did provide all three at once. The patches have now been applied. So, with apologies to those with smaller displays, and without further ado:

Nice work. I didn't know she'd made anything for you. BTW, you have awesome hair.

As a proud metalhead who's still growing it out, I'm glad to hear that my hair is awesome it's not even shown properly here as I had to make sure it wouldn't hide the patches.

            EVERYTHIIIING!!!

and yes, your hair especially makes me jealous. Mine gets the littlest bit of humidity, and suddenly I'm Ms. Frizzle.

So one might say: U JELLY!

I like my hair, but I'm actually not entirely happy with the way it's cut right now... I can't seem to keep it out of my face, which is particularly annoying when I'm out smoking on a windy day.

It's a shame that none of the women I know IRL (seem to) share your opinion

As English is my second language, please define "spiffy" ?

(yeah, yeah, I could look it up, but that wouldn't tell me exactly what you mean)

Spiffy means stylish, but it's a slightly nerdy way of saying it. My friend Laura uses that word when she's giving a sincere compliment, but trying to be funny and cute as well. It's funny when she uses the word because she's not nerdy fashion-wise; she's a biker-chic who can bench-press her own weight. She is nerdy in an intellectual sense.

Also, "spiffy" is what I'd call a 1950s word.

Well, I'm definitely happy to know that I am a spiffy (by extension on the previous comments) MF (as established by my Pulp Fiction wallet)

I may have to bookmark this thread for the sake of my very unstable self esteem.

                              Do it!

The metalheads over here mostly have long hair (plus goatees or full beards) and the ladies seem to be more vocal about their preferences. My generation is too lazy and uncivilised to have too many hangups.
