In Alberta, the Wildrose party recently outfitted their campaign bus with a full "wrap" featuring a picture of their (female) leader. It's since had the "wrap" redone, because their graphic artist didn't take into account "what makes a bus a bus" when laying out the right side.

    This is the original "wrap".

To everyone - the fact that the party leader is female is relevant (as you'll see when you click on the link). While this touches on politics, please take any discussion of the merits of the Wildrose party to Fratching, and have this thread be strictly about the goof by the graphic artist.
Any fool can piss on the floor. It takes a talented SC to shit on the ceiling.

I am not the most observant when it comes to things like that, and even I noticed it in less then 5 seconds.
Engaged to the amazing Marmalady. She is my Silver Dragon, shining as bright as the sun. I her Black Dragon (though good honestly), dark as night..fierce and strong.

Why do you assume it was a goof? Did it not have the desired effect of advertising the polictical party?

And Wildrose, I'm liking that name muchly. ^^ I like finding words I like.

There's something you don't see often - an 'innie' and an 'outtie' on the same

                    vehicle.

Too funny wolfie, thx for the share.

There's one bus I'd like to take for a ride.

Actually, it's quite common on highway coaches - they've got more weight than a single axle with "duallies" can handle (17,000 pounds) but not enough to warrant a true tandem pair (which can take up to 34,000). Based on what the steer axle of my truck can handle (12,000 pounds), the bus probably carries somewhere between 17,000 pounds and 29,000 pounds on the rear axles. The "innie" has dual wheels, the "outie" has singles. Fun fact: only one of the axles is powered, the other just carries weight (same as on an 18 wheeler - unless you engage the power divider, only one of the rear axles is driven).

Read about it in the local paper (mentioned even in Ontario), did a web search to find the picture online. Too funny to not share (it's the sort of thing some CSers, in particular SheldonRS, would appreciate the humour in).

It's going to take them a while to live that one down The party leader did handle it quite gracefully though - she laughed as much as anyone else!
