Me- Pizza Delivery Guy
Greetings mean nothing.
Me- Thank you for calling Pizza joint can you hold please.
SC- I want to order blah blah blah.
Me- /facepalm
If I ignore him he will have it.
SC- Can I get this flavor wings.
Me- We dont have that flavor.
SC- (to some other person on other end of phone) They dont have it.
(to me) Yeah, Ill have that and those and this flavor wings.
Me- We dont have this flavor wings.
SC-(to someone else) They dont have this flavor.
(to me) yeah and can I get an order of this flavor wings.
So.. after having acknowledged THREE times to another person... he kept trying to order THIS flavor wings.
Wrong day.
SC- Yeah I want this special.
Me- Sorry, that is only available Mon-Wed.
SC- Okay thats cool.. Ill have this special.
No salads. (some pizza joints have salads, so I understand people asking, but my pizza joint never has.. in fact we dont even have lettuce)
SC- Can I get a salad.
Me- Im sorry, we dont have salads.
SC- Since when? I always order salads.
And my personal favorite
Setting us up for failure.
We only carry up to $20.00 in change. This lessens the likely hood of getting mugged. If its a known area I MIGHT take enough to change a 50.00. In fact I have a few times. It depends on the neighborhood and how often I go to that particular house.
SC- Oh yeah, and can the driver bring change for a hundred, thats all I have. (has order 15.00 of food
Me- (looks at screen, new customer.. check. area the police dont go after dark.. check)
Im sorry sir but we dont carry more than 20.00 in change. ((So im thinking if you ordered at least 80.00 of food... then yeah. Ill bring change for 100.00))
