Hey everyone, I figured after posting an original rant it would only be fair to actually introduce myself..
I'm a barista (as you could tell by my username), not at the big green apron--but one of it's more lunch-oriented competitors (name withheld to protect my ass). I also work in an airport---the delightful combination of food service AND air travel makes for some amazingly sucky customers...
