Default Oh, sweet, sweet karma.

A couple of years ago I posted about a rather terrible, HORRIBLE SC that I had.

Suffice to say, that ended up going so badly, he actually managed to track me down to this forum at one point, as some may recall. (still grateful to the mod team for the help there)

He even faked himself as a client a few times, and knowing that I worked a lot with my children around, would send me links to shock/porn sites (disguised with tinyurl, and supposedly leading to "I want a site like this") Then there was the infamous time he got dead drunk, and posted some horrific stuff on a few forums, slandering me with some of the craziest lies. (I think one was that I was a foreign spy, here to steal money from the banks. Seriously, LOL.) However, just ended up boosting my business, as people saw quite easily what was going on.

Real classy fellow, eh?

So, why bring this back up, you must be saying. Aren't you worried he'll come back?

Heck no. Karma just sent me a lovely notice and it says HA HA I KICKED HIS BUTT. SORRY I TOOK SO LONG. LOVE YOU, MEANT IT.

A client messaged me a couple of weeks ago, asking about HSC. Eyebrows were raised, and I asked why. Turns out, HSC finally sold up shop a while back, and left some rather nasty surprises for everyone.

First off, HSC made a few dummy accounts on the site right before he sold it to the new owners, each with rather large account balances (read: $20k+). HSC then used a couple of proxies, and each day, withdrew a small amount from each one. This went on for a long time, before someone finally noticed and brought it up. Whoops! HSC took off, and charges were filed. Not sure what happened after that.

Secondly, HSC had a couple of cronies who he sicc'd on me a few times. Said cronies? Were conned out of a few thou by HSC. From what I was told, they had a huge fight, stuff was stolen, things were said, and the cronies promptly destroyed HSC's second business. Ouch. As a bonus, they hacked his AIM account, and promptly went to every contact on his list, and sent out some rather....interesting messages. One of which was me, and they stopped when I made it quite clear I didn't like the guy anyways, and wasn't sure why I was even on the contact list. They actually apologized at that point, and said "well, off to cause problems where i actually can!"

Third, and most amusing fact. HSC ran a huge company, whose business model was paying people to run advertisements *he* was being paid for. He would pay them a cut, but keep the majority for himself. That is, until he decided to not pay them. Or his partner. Oh, and he might have also decided to falsify their financial records so that he could siphon off even more money!

You see, HSC is now facing not one, not two, but three separate lawsuits! Several more are brewing, and he has, quite literally, gone into hiding. He's apparently in debt for hundreds of thousands at this point, nevermind the charges he's probably facing for the shenanigans with the site he sold!

Oh, sweet, sweet justice. Took two years, but it's well, WELL worth it. I hope he enjoys digging himself out of the incredibly deep pit he put himself into.

Lawsuits? Sounds like a lot of what he did is downright criminal. That said, I bow down and worship karma. She may be late sometimes, but when she gets to her target, she doesn't hold back.

I jope he gets to enjoy Sheriff Joe Arpaios hospitality. He would look so cute in pink and I bet he would love the blistering heat and menu.
