One thing that I'm seeing more of are these fake OWS support sites/stories that reveal these supposed atrocities and/or general douchebaggery.
Makes me sad, it's a good message but getting screwed up by a couple of asshats

Which is why it's so important to have real stories posted on CS without a lot of embellishment.
People get jaded when they continually read obviously fake tales, and it ruins it for the legitimate "almost too strange to be true, but really are" kind of stories we get on here.

One thing that still bothers me. In this article, it gives a side by side comparison. The "Asshole" version was a signed merchant copy. The other version was a signed guest copy.

It is fake, but there are more than a few real people like that out there. Money doesn't buy character, it reveals it, and those people are beyond bankrupt in that department.

I think the most telling thing about which one is legit is that the one with the asshole receipt shut down their blog and twitter and refuses to come forward to defend their position.
