Used to have an account here way back in the day (six or seven years ago?) but I forgot my username and it's not recognizing either of my email addresses. So I'm sorta new, sorta old. Worked in call centers and retail for 15 years, so I've got the war stories. Had a sucky customer experience today as a customer with another customer at a place I don't even work, and it reminded me of this site.
