Above and Beyond

Hubby and I took the kids to a family park that offers go-karts and such. My daughter accidentally grabbed my ear when getting into the go-kart and pulled my earring. I have had these earrings since hubby bought them for me back when we were dating. It fell out and I couldn't find it in the seat.

The ride operators moved us to another kart and took ours to the garage. They removed the body and searched the entire kart for my earring. In the end, it wasn't found but it made me feel better that someone responded to how upset I was.

Tomorrow, I plan to call the manager and tell them how awesome the staff was.

We also had another staff member go above and beyond. She gave my older daughter a refund on a ride when she got scared and only stayed on for a minute.

All in all, this place has 5 star staff.
