My colleague ran past me at work this morning muttering "oh my god my customer is dead!"
Worrying because if she went into a deceased customer's account, she could have serious security issues arising.
It was either a scam or a wrong account number given by the customer she had on the phone or it was her mistake, mistake the account number or something.
Whatever it was, it entailed a long explanation to a supervisor and several long forms to be filled out.
Glad it wasn't me!
