    I was just thinking that the police report could be used instead of the manager's 'incident report'.

    After all, is the insurance company going to argue with the police? Hm?

      Yep. They do it all the time. Particularly in the case of auto accidents where the company would really have the blame be on anything other than their client. Sometimes there are legitimate reasons too, especially if the cop has a human moment and makes a mistake.
