This happens a lot of the time
If you do not pay by the due date, you will be charged. You know when it is due (first of the month), we do give you up too 5 days without being late. We do give exceptions, say if you just lost your job.
IF you do not pay us by the 15th of the month, we have to send out certified letters (By California law, we have to). We have to add on another fee. By the end of the month with no payment, we have to send another certified letter. Which of course is another fee.
It is all in your contract. So why the fuck do you bitch at us, if you are late? We are not going to bend over backwards for you. If you do not pay in three months, it will go to auction. If you do decide to pay to keep from going to auction, you have to pay at least half of the rent that is owed & move out. We do not want you here if you are not going to pay your rent.
