I highly recommend driving with your headlights on at ALL times.

My second car had "daytime running lights". If the headlights were off while driving, it would put the high beams on dimly for that effect.

I have little interest in:

1) pulling the entire front bumper and surround off my @#$#@$ car
2) paying $200 a bulb

And thus, I only use my lights at night.

That's worse than my wife's Prius (official method is pull the bumper, but with small hands you don't have to.)

It IS a Prius, an '05 . And though I have smaller hands (I've seen the luscious Garage vids), my hands just don't fit there. Should they ever fail I'm planning on replacing the Xenons with LED.

I don't have small hands either, but my local NTB has an appropriately-handed mechanic, and charges $75 for bulb+install (still <bleep>-ing outrageous for a bulb, but far better than the dealer).
