My phone did this once while putting in a contact. I meant to just list her with her initials, TT, but auto correct changed it to Titty.
First time she called, I was greatly confused as to why a boob was calling me and why a boob was in my contact list. Had a good laugh afterwards and fixed her name on the phone's contact list.
