I can't even imagine what "fat-free" chocolate would taste like ...
Somewhere between "fat-free half and half" and "lactose free yogurt."

That tastes like bad decisions.

Now I want to get a box of 'gift' chocolates and add 'calorie free' to the label... and then give the customer an empty box.

The closest she would get is Carob - my grandad used to eat the stuff a lot, since it is a recommended alternative for diabetics due to its very low sugar and fat levels.

Even the sugar-free "chocolates" made for diabetics has calories.

If she's truly worried about it, she shouldn't be eating chocolate!

However, super dark chocolate (70% or darker) is actually good for you, but once you turn it into a truffle or something like that that the store the OP works at specializes in, it's not got the same properties as just eating 1/2-1 oz of the plain dark stuff does, due to the addition of the filling.
