It's getting annoying at grocery stores, or any store with aisles. Why do people feel the need to stroll down them with their carts, in the dead center, then stop to look at something, not moving over so others can pass, treating it like a Sunday afternoon picnic?
Or, this one that happened to me yesterday at Western Beef. I was heading to the check out when dark haired woman decided to stop at the end of the aisle, with her cart, met up with other family members, with the member's cart parked perpendicular to hers, and began transferring her groceries to their cart. Then, when DHW completed her transfer, she just left her cart there, blocking the aisle! And, on top of that, they all were chatting rapidly in Spanish while not moving out of the way. My "excuse me!" barely jolted him.
Move outta the way!
