I had to make calls the other day, reminding customers to bring in discs for their computers, or ask if they wanted to approve repairs etc... when I came upon this gem on one of the units.
Keith's note: *something about a new motherboard bla bla bla* "Costly it will be."
Me: What is he, Yoda?
So.... I had fun with it. I tried calling the customer but he never picked up. So, I noted in the account....
"Answer the phone he did not".
But then I realized I marked it as "busy" instead of "no answer" so I made a new log.
"Correction: answer the phone he did not. There was no busy"
