3D Video Program Search

A while back I was looking for some 3D program for work. I came across a program that would take a regular video and map out objects in it. Then you could add a 3d object inside the "video". Well, I didn't bookmark it . And I can't find it either. So I was wondering if any one else ran into something like that? I remember them having a video showing how to add a 3d object into this video of a fountain or something like that. Thanks a bunch!
