Gardening Milestone

Those grow bag things look like they'd be awesome for out here in the desert, where I am. We're on a base of caliche out here, with rocks and gravel and sand and clay all mixed up, but no real dirt to speak of. Stuff is hell to dig thru. I haven't gotten together the energy and materials to build raised beds, and these bags look like a right handy alternative even if I have to replace them every couple of years.

I'm envious of you folks getting garden goodies. I miss having my own garden.
